Can I have both vertical + horizontal roads in the same area?

At the moment, you can only choose one road configuration, either vertical or horizontal. If you choose one type and would like to have the other as well, you can edit the site and include shortcuts. The disadvantage of using shortcuts is that no power stations will be placed on them.
